The modeling is based on estimates for dispersion of noise in free field by mean of numerical simulations which give as results approximate values for the noise levels, regardless of source type (point, line or area).

The project output is noise prediction contours, noise levels at each facade of the townhouses and then calculation of acoustic attenuation requirements. to model noise emissions from a wide range of sources that might be present at industrial areas and urban areas.
